Refund and Returns Policy
This is the Reader’s Digest version of the fine print on Returns and Guarantees
1) If the product is misprinted, damaged, or defective we’ll work with you on it subject to our provider’s determination of the situation.
2) Be very diligent about choosing sizes. We have a page on the website that discusses sizing. Please spend some time reading it. Consider ordering a little larger than you think you might need. We don't offer refunds for sizing errors.
3) Make 100% sure to provide a good, working delivery address. If you find your address was provided incorrectly let us know ASAP. We might still be able to correct it. See further instructions on that below.
4) There are no refunds for Buyer’s Remorse. Be sure you do actually want that 5X Pink Dancin’ Chickens shirt before placing your order.
5) Unfortunately if tracking says it was delivered, it is considered delivered.
Here’s the longer version of the fine print on Returns and Guarantees
In short, if a product is misprinted, or damaged, or defective we’ll work with you for a replacement or other resolution to the problem. Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 14 days after the product has been received. Contact us before returning a product to any other address you may have. Do not at any point return a product to us. We’ll provide you an address for the return. Our print provider, not us, makes the determination of misprinted, damaged, or defective.
Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense. If the product is determined to not be misprinted, damaged, or defective the only recourse will be a reorder at customer’s expense.
Shipping
Wrong Address – Make sure to provide a good deliverable shipping address. If your address is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
Unclaimed – Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself.
There are a few reasons an order can be returned to sender but most often it is due to an undeliverable address. Other instances include the package being unclaimed at customs or refused/returned by you, the customer. If a shipment is returned we will receive notice once the order arrives back at our printing facility. We will contact you to determine how you would like to proceed. You will have 14 days after we have contacted you to let us know if you want a re-shipment. We will contact our provider with an updated address if you wish to have the product reshipped. New shipping charges will be applied for orders that have been unclaimed at customs, returned by your customer, or had an incorrect address originally provided.
If you made a mistake with your address, we might still be able to fix it – if the order hasn’t been shipped yet.
Can I update the shipping address?
Yes, if the order is still being fulfilled, we can update the address if you provide us a good delivery address. Once an order is marked as Shipped, the address can no longer be changed.
What happens if it’s too late to change the address?
If the package is already out for delivery, we can’t guarantee any changes. That said, sometimes the local postal service can still deliver it if the mistake is small, like a missing apartment number, so try reaching out to your local carrier once the parcel has reached the final-mile carrier. If they can’t deliver the order, it’ll be returned to us. Once the order is returned, we’ll notify you via email, and you’ll have 14 days to confirm the updated address for reshipping.
What happens if a package wasn’t actually delivered, but the tracking states that it was?
If the package was marked as delivered by the carrier, but you have yet to receive it, unfortunately we won’t be able to cover the cost of re-shipping or refunding the order.
There may be cases where the delivery was made, but the package was left in an unexpected location at the customer’s address. Customers should reach out to the carrier and inquire if any additional details were left by the delivery person. For example: “Left under the table on the back porch.” If you are unable to locate the package, you will need to contact us about having it reshipped. We’re not yet able to assist with filing claims with shipping carriers but hope to do so in the future.
